He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. and Rebecca Evans Brumfield Sr.; his daughters, Patricia Brumfield Persinger of Marengo and Rebecca Brumfield Fields (Joseph) of South Dakota; and his siblings, Wirt Brumfield (Linda), Brenda Sawyers (Jerry), Darlene Brumfield and Pam Hatfield.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Crystal Brumfield, Sara Persinger, Anastasia Brumfield and Denver Walter McKnight; and his great grandchild Lincoln Ball.
