With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wade Smith of Marengo, Ohio, born in Hindman, Kentucky, who passed away on December 24, 2021 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wade Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Smith and Hattie Smith; his wife Mildred Smith; his son-in-law Kevin Shinaberry; his great grandchild Libby Thompson; and his siblings, Sophia Slone, Jimmy and Burnett Smith.
He is survived by: his uncle John; his daughters, Beverly Thompson (Jim), Karen Shinaberry and Mari Beth Smith (Andrew); his grandchildren, Jay Thompson (Debby), Kari Carder (Brian), Kacie Jamison (Todd), Kyle Shinaberry, Karter Shinaberry (Kacey), Bella Smith and Philip Smith; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Wade, Michael, Devin, Caleb, Grace, Trevor, Trent, Trinity, Trace, Kennedy and Kamden; and his siblings, Sonny Smith (Pat), Clyde Smith (Barb), Don Smith (Wilma) and Brenda Hays (Gardner).
The family has requested that all in attendance, please wear a mask.
