She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ray Votaw and Ada Belle Votaw-Groves (Farley); her son Randy Fogle II; and her brothers, Jerry, Larry, Richard, Eddie, Gene, Donny and Jack Votaw.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dusty Shuster (Andrew) of Cardington and Jenny Saum (Erik) of Marengo; her grandchildren, Billy, Erika (Mark), Zachary (Eleanor), Katie, Josh, Tyler, Kyle and Jaxson; her great grandchildren, Elias, Rayann, Eli, Elizabeth, Charlie, Brayson, Waylon, Gabby, Bella and Taylor; and her sisters, Rosemary Caudill of Centerburg, Diane Votaw and Sheila Waldron of Zanesville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Snyder Funeral Homes to assist the family with funeral expenses.
