It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jo King-Gallogly of Marengo, Ohio, born in Marysville, Ohio, who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Edward and Miriam Lydia Frieda King (Vollrath). She is survived by: her spouse Shad Gallogly; her brother Bill King of Marysville; and her children, Petunia, Ruby and Diesel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

If desired, memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home to help with the unexpected expenses.

“Mary Jo was one of the strongest women I knew. My best friend at St Johns, we were an unsightly pair (tallest, smallest). I tried to find her after I returned from college, and thought of her often. I am so glad that she found love, had a family (big dream), continued with her love of animals and stayed on the farm. Prayers and cherished memories for the family.”
