She is survived by: her husband Phillip L. Casteel, Sr.; her children, Corinne Blank of Marion, Phillip Casteel, Jr. (Pat) of Coldwater, MI. and Kevin Casteel (Lisa) of Cardington; her grandchildren, Ryan, Karen, Holly, Katy and Kaylee; her great grandchild Scarlett; and her siblings, Sarah Plants (Walter) of Columbia Falls, MT., Marilyn Weber (John) of Vandalia and Richard Gaddis (Laura) of Knoxville, TN..
