He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Stover and Gladys Stover (Swank); and his brother-in-law Marvin DeVors. He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Moss; his daughters, Michelle Dible (Jeffrey), Kelly Lambert and Jonda Stover Baldwin; his siblings, Stephen Stover and Dixie DeVors; and his grandchildren, Danielle Lambert (Chad), Haley Evans (Jessie), John Dible, Hannah Dible and Ava Baldwin. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
