He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin "Buck" Collier and Mary Evans; and his brother Russel Brunton. He is survived by: his children, Amber Boice (Ben), Joel Collier and Daniel Collier (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Hannah and Henry Boice; his friend Vanessa Collier; his stepmother Shirley Collier; and his siblings, Kenny Collier (Kris), Susan Lawhorn (Lonnie), Christie Clabaugh (Scott) and Kelley Collier Ward. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
