She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul M. Hatten and Imo M. Hatten (Smith); her husband Kenneth H. Black; her son Lyle Black; and her siblings, Harry Hatten, David Hatten, Daniel Hatten, Roselene Young, Annie Scott, Mildred Adams and Barbara Richey.
She is survived by: her daughter Maude Metzger (Joseph) of Marengo. She is also survived by three grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
