He is survived by: his wife Olivia Van Dyke (Harris); his sons, Alex and Anthony; his stepsons, Andrew Calp and Johnathan Harris; and his siblings, Nathan Van Dyke, Missy Atkinson (Estabrooks), Brooke Van Dyke (Geiger), Tabitha Van Dyke and Megan Van Dyke. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
