He is survived by: his mother Crissie Grizzle-Hetrick (Edwards) of Marengo; his children, Ayla Grizzle (Jordan Dranshak) of Columbus and Sierra Grizzle of Kent; his brothers, Gary Grizzle (Darlene) of Sunbury, Dirk Grizzle (Ann Watkins) of Tampa, FL and David Grizzle (Zhien "Nick" Zhang) of Worthington; his nieces and nephews, Coty Grizzle (Leslie), Lauren Grizzle, Nick Grizzle (Whitney), Leah Grizzle, Miranda Grizzle, Brianna Grizzle and Jordan Grizzle (Robyn); and his close friend Greg Deel.
