He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debra "Deb"; his daughters, Twila Wills (Mike) and Dawn Fasick (Debi); his grandson Jonathan Wills; and his brothers, Rick Fasick (Linda), Joseph Fasick (Diane) and James.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Tom's name to any Animal or Cat Rescue Organization.
