He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fulmer and Myra Hahn Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Franklin; his children, Glenn Fulmer of Alabama, Lee Fulmer of Alabama and Carrie A. Watson of Titusville; his grandchildren, Lisa Fulmer Pegues (Dan) of Colorado, Jessica Perkins (Blake) of Alabama and Cameron Watson of Titusville; his great grandchild Elijah Pegues of Colorado; and his sisters, Carol Bevington (Larry), Joann Paden (Dennis), Melissa Brunton (Ralph), Cynthia Smith (Paul) and Jennifer Stoyer (Rex).
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic there will be no public visitation.
