She is survived by: her husband Larry Fogle; her sisters, Sandra Dowdell and Brenda Crawford; her sister-in-law Cheryll Ann; and her brothers, John Howard (Sandra), Gary Howard (Bianca), Earl Howard and Jerome Howard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
