He is survived by: his wife Lydia Neal; his children, Paul Foster (Lisa), Denita Britton (Delon), Sashea Philpot, Darrel Martemus Jr., Ricardo Martemus (Alesia) and Kanisha Harper; his siblings, Gloria Davis, Donald Pollard, Sharon Lee, Frederick Neal, Roderick Neal (Areda), Gregory Neal and Creassandra Chaney; his sibling-in-law Overtis Philpot; and his mother-in-law Catherine Philpot-Moore.
