He was predeceased by: his wife Marie; his parents, Edward Roppel and Emily Roppel; his daughter Barbara; his grandson Randall Roppel Jr.; his son-in-law John Yagersz; and his brother Lawrence Roppel (Dorothy).
He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Yagersz and Joyce Farrington.
