She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Chojnowski and Eleanor Chojnowski; her husband Paul E. Kotowski; and her brother James Chojnowski. She is survived by: her children, Dean Kotowski (Deena), Dawn Kotowski (Amy Wallace) and Anthony Kotowski (Jennifer Ferenczy); her grandchildren, Madeline, Nathan, Miranda and Cody; and her close friend Theresa Scorich. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
