She was predeceased by: her husband Don; her granddaughter Theresa; and her brothers, Roger Clemente (Lillian) and Joseph Clemente. She is survived by: her children, Richard Ebert and Cynthia Chimes (Jim); and her grandchildren, Lisa Woloszynek (Tim) and Matthew Chimes (Diana). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
