He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Prusha and Dorothy Prusha (Wolf). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Prusha (Rose); his children, Jim Prusha (Heather) and Deborah Prusha; his stepson Matt Polantz; his grandchildren, Mason Prusha, Alexis Prusha, Carter Brown, Clara Brown and Callan Polantz; and his siblings, Don Prusha (Anne) and Dianne Wright.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
