He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon F. and Dessie Tulley, Sr. (Poteet); his spouse Rae Darlene Tulley; and his sister Linda Kulka. He is survived by: his children, Darren Tulley (Renee) of Mantua, Kim Kulesza (Jeff) of Mantua and Lisa Childs (Dwight) of Newbury; and his brother Gregory Tulley (Jan) of Macedonia. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
