It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Anne Kelly of Mantua, Ohio, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Russell and Ann Russell (Confer); and her sister Kathleen McKinney (Michael) of Niagara Falls, NY. She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Kelly; and her children, Cameron Kelly (Francisco) of Miami and Shiela Galus (Phil) of Mantua. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
