He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kulesza and Dorothy Kulesza (Tutay); his brother Christopher Kulesza; and his son Greg Kulesza. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Kulesza (Granstaff); his sons, Jeff (Kim) of Mantua and Mark (Deborah) of Mantua; his grandchildren, Katelin Kelly (Ryan), Joshua Kulesza, Rachel McCulloch, Philip Kulesza, Jacob Kulesza and Brittiny Ashby; and his sisters, Gayle Graci (Giovanni) and Janice Buczak (J. R.). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
