He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his sons, Matt Mikula (Erika) and Mark Mikula (Tawnya); his granddaughters, Tessa and Nina; his brothers, Mike Mikula (Gail) and Pete Mikula (Sharon); and his pet Milly. He is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
