He is survived by: his close friend Jacqueline Casalicchio; his sons, Larry (Angel), Dustin, Dan (Chesney) and Corbin; and his grandchildren, Rebekah Workman (Dan Baran), Chase, Trevor, Gianna and Parker Osborne.
