He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Duriak and Rosemary Duriak. He is survived by: his wife Loretta "Lori" Brugmann; his daughter Mallory; his nieces, Katie and Kelli Gurin; his goddaughter Danielle Phinney (Matt); his nephews, Connor (Savannah) and Collin Johnson; his brother-in-law Alan Brugmann; his friends, Jon Osborn and Brian Tayerle; his uncle John "Buzzy" Driscoll; his siblings, Kathleen Streem (late Stevan), Mary Jo Gurin (Chuck), Noreen Johnson (Brian) and Tony; and also, Gladys, Ramona and Gigi.
