He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lesnak and Helen Lesnak (Kramer); and his siblings, George Lesnak and Joyce Nickol. He is survived by: his significant other Jacquelyn Luzader; his significant other's son Phillip; his children, Diane Robinson (Richard), Rene Simmons (Mike), John Lesnak, Jr. (Kayce) and Melissa Isenberg (Patrick); his brother Dennis Lesnak (Linda); and his sister-in-law Edie Lesnak. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
