With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis D. Oleksa of Mantua, Ohio, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Florence. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his sisters, Debbra Wendl (Stuart) and Jo-Ann Maust. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

His death was NOT Covid related.
