He is survived by: his wife Norma Macak (Parks); his daughters, Laura Murphy (Neil) of Mantua, NJ., Melissa Gentille of Austintown and Angela Seaman (Russell) of Shalersville; and his grandchildren, Cassidy Herman, Miranda Seaman, Lauren Schork (Rob), Zechariah Murphy (Devon), Leah Hamm (Justin), Esaias Murphy, Elisha Murphy (Brianna) and Isaac Murphy.
