He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Malisiak and Stella Malisiak (Balis); and his wife Sandra "Sandee" Malisiak. He is survived by: his son Duane D. Malisiak; his siblings, Richard, Marsha Malisiak and Sylvia McInture; his daughters, Sharon Berish (Jeff Plantan) of Mantua and Stephanie Teibel (Nick) of Streetsboro; his sister Sandy Hargesheimer of Salineville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Daryl (Becky), Matthew (Heather), Samantha (Eric), Courtney, Bradley and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Kinley, Braelynn, Oakley, Charlie and Eric, III.
It is required that everyone attending visitation and service wear a mask and practice social distancing. The family certainly understands if you do not feel comfortable with attending due to COVID-19 pandemic, and care to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
