We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2018 we had to say goodbye to David Haylett (Mantua, Ohio), born in Ravenna, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur E. Haylett. He is survived by: his parent Ardith Haylett (Dunkerton); his sons, Kelly Haylett and Shawn Haylett (Jennifer Enzman); his sister Kathy Ramsay (John) of Hiram; his grandchildren, Trevor, Toby, Jewels and Kaytlin; his wife Mary Helen Haylett; and his son Ricky A. Haylett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Portage County APL.
