He is survived by: his parents, John W. and Edra Meadows of Freedom Twp; his brothers, Joey Dean Meadows of Lake Milton, Danny Ray Meadows of Palmyra, Kenneth W. Meadows of Warren and Kevin W. Meadows of Deerfield; and his significant other Marcia Messer of Kent.
