He is survived by: his parents, Michael Nichols and Alesha Nichols; his siblings, Zachary Nichols and Alaina Nichols (Garrettsville); his grandparents, Lisa Prater (Mogadore), Richard, Amy Nichols (Burton), Tina Chapman (Ashtabula), Joseph and Tammy Chapman (Ashtabula); and his great-grandparents, Richard, Paulette Nichols (Mantua), Ruth Prater (Ravenna) and Patricia Chapman (Geneva).
