He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Simons (Masbacher); his children, Chase Simons of New York and Melanie Novotny (Chris) of Mantua; his brother William Simons (Cindy) of Boardman; his grandchild Rosalie; his nieces, Kimberly Cox (Thomas) and Allison Peters (Jonathan); his nephew Jason Simons (Cathy); his friend Amanda Simons; and his former wife Cheryl Burke of Garrettsville.
