He was predeceased by: his parents, Maywood Shultz and Helen Shultz (Kidder); his great grandchild Ethan Daniel Leisman Shultz; and his siblings, Elizabeth Hooper, James Shultz and Walter Shultz.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Hart) of Mantua; and his children, Charles D. Shultz, Jr. (Ruth Ann) of Concord Twp, Judy Shockey of Zionsville and Michael "Doug" Shultz (Carol) of Mantua. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in his name to Lake County 4-H Program or Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ravenna, Ohio.
