She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Bell and Bette Bell (Jacobs); and her sister Cheryl Steinbrink. She is survived by: her husband Daniel P. Toth; her children, Keri Hayes (Jeremy) of Mantua and Shana McDonald (Patrick); her brother Keith Bell (Pam) of Garrettsville; and her grandchildren, Abigail, Jillian, Dominic and Savannah.
Her funeral service will be Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10:00 A. M. Social distancing and face masks will be observed.
