He is survived by : his girlfriend Karen Heath; his son Lucas Blayney; his grandchildren, Noah and Nora Blayney of South Carolina; his sister Jodi Mumaw (Scott); his nieces, Jaime Bailey of Ashland and Anastasia Walker of Texas; and his aunts and uncles, Robert Ciesla, Richard Counts of Mansfield, Linda Counts, Sandra Carroll (Jim) and Patti Resar (Robert) of Mansfield.
