She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eaton and Mary Eaton (Jurgens); her husband Dr. Raymond E. Applegate; and her brother Charles Eaton, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Applegate of Brookline, NH and Dr. Gregory Applegate of Pepper Pike, OH; her grandsons, Matthew Applegate and Benjamin Applegate; and her siblings, Mary Jane Lump (John) of Mansfield, OH, Susan Clagg (Rodney) of Bellville, OH and Thomas Eaton of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Peter's Catholic Church.
