He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eugene Ney and LaVonne Marilyn Ney (Cale). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ney (Sellers); his children, Joshua Ney (Jessica), Natalie Genson (Neil) and Rachel Sexton (Quinn); his sisters, Linda Eith and Karen Will (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Brian Eith, Erik Will (Katie), Lisa Owens and Nychole Rose (Scott); and his grandchildren, Landon, Lauren, Emily, Hayden, Quinn, Reese and Gigi.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tim's memory to Richland Pregnancy Services, 1560 West Fourth Street, Mansfield, OH 44906.
