She is survived by: her mother Shauna (Moore); her children, Koen, Hazel and Ember Fulton; the father of her children Aaron Fulton of Mansfield; her grandparents, Thomas and Kathy Moore of Sulphur Springs; her siblings, Dillon Cook of Crestline, Hunter Hall of Bucyrus and Kristina Hall of Fredericktown; her aunts, Sandra Kelly and Amanda Delehoy (Jeff); and her cousins, CJ, Keirnan "Kiki", Tahj, Konner, Parker, Aiden, Ava and Holden.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made through the funeral home.
