He was predeceased by: his sister Barb Fultz. He is survived by: his parents, Hubert T. Fultz and Patty Jo Owens; his close friend Pamela Ransom; his brother Tom Fultz (Lisa); his close friends, Bruce Garverick and Steve Shafer; and his pets, DeeDee, Brown, Trey and Smoke. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Richland County.
