He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund (Veronika Sonnenberg) and America; his brothers, Lucian and Edward; and his stepsons-in-law, Bill Snyder and Bill Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sonnenberg; his sons, Brian Sonnenberg of Mansfield and Edmund Sonnenberg (Donald D'Annunzio) of Gettysburg, PA; his stepchildren, Petra Snyder (Green Camp), Mike Chapman (Waldo), Terry (Todd), Mitchell (Waldo), Sharon Foster (Marion) and Karen Beidler (Waldo); his siblings, Henry Sonnenberg (Carolyn Bartel) of Purchase, NY, Lilli Nolen (Cege) of Shelby and Wanda Baldwin (Dan) of Hedgesville, WV.; his goddaughter Annie Morsch (Lodi); and his stepgrandson Joey Snyder. He is also survived by step grandchildren, twenty (20) step great grandchildren and one (1) step great great grandchild.
