It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Wells of Mansfield, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on November 14, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Sharon find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Sampson and Geneva Hornbuckle Holmes; her stepfather Wilson Holmes; and her sister Gwendolyn Hornbuckle. She is survived by: her children, Bernard Wells Jr. of Cleveland, Marlon Wells of Cleveland and Juanita Nicole Carr (Thomas) of Mansfield; her brothers, Anthony Hornbuckle of Poland and Tyrone Hornbuckle (Jennifer) of Garrettsville; and her close friends, Meltrice Sharp of Lyndhurst and Mary Magee of Cleveland. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Temple Worship Center (7962 Fortney Rd, Orwell, OH 44076).
