He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mills and Mary Mills; his wife Mary Schmidt; his brothers, John Barney, Tom, Floyd and Albert; his son-in-law Phil Russell; and his close friend Susie Vinson.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Russell, Phil (Mary Yosick), Terri Mills, Doug and Mark (Julie) of Mansfield. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
