He is survived by: his spouse Shirley (Lemmon); his children, Tim Miller (Shari), Joan Beatty (Steve), Sue Booker (Shawn) and Josh (Nicole); his grandchildren, Colin Miller (Lauren), Amanda Herring, Cassie Reitler (Jermey), Brent, Evan and Trey Booker; his great grandchildren, Leah, Dawson, Sutton, Anakin, Cedric, Ryder, Crystal, Wyatt, Trysten and Carter; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany, Steve Jr. and Kyle; and also, Scott and Dianna West. He is also survived by seven step great grandchildren.
