It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dale Payne of Mansfield, Ohio, born in Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Payne and Edyth Payne (Beck); and his siblings, Gloria Noffsinger and Jack Payne. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Payne (Wilson); his sons, Todd Payne (Donna) of Mansfield and Robin D. Payne (Tracy Cartwright) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Heath Payne (Deana) of Lexington, Jenni Hertz (Jason) of Fredericktown and Georgia Carroll (Zack) of Bellville; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Hertz, Austin Payne, Jared Hertz, Maddox Carroll and Bryden Cartwright. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
