He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rickert; his mother Norma Ruth Rickert (Long); his children, Rodney Paul Rickert Jr., Amanda Rickert, Angela Ray (Michael), Michelle Rickert Melgar, Matthew Rickert (Laura) and Brock Rickert (Tori); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Kasadee, Kayleigh, Tori, Emily, David, Alexis, Jackson, Tyler, Hunter, Nicholas, Natalie, Harmonie and Alice; and his brother Doug Rickert (Heather). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
