He is survived by: his wife Dorothy MacGowan (Henson); his stepdaughters, Rachel Jackson and Gretchen Elias (Frank); his grandchildren, Amber Finnegan (Andrew Richardson), Bodyn Heltz and Mia Heltz; and his brother Kerry MacGowan (Suzie) of Benton, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
