He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Bishop (Wilson) and Orlando Irvin Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bishop (Wolfrom); his children, Richard P. Bishop, Jr., Jennifer Lynn Bishop and Michael L. Neff; his grandchildren, Heather and Ashley; and his brother Kenneth Bishop (Jeanne). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
