He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kulka and Dorothy Kulka (Warner); his wife Joyce Kulka; his brother Robert Kulka; his sisters-in-law, Marcelle Kulka and Diane Kulka; his in-laws, Edwin and Flora Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Carl Wagner and Donna Jean Hollomon (Albert).
He is survived by: his children, Elaine, Terry Ruhlen of Mansfield, David, Carla Kulka of Burns, TN, Lora and Jim Baumann of Janesville, WI; his grandchildren, Katie Roller (David) of Ontario, Anna Shay (Gerard) of Lancaster, Clara Gillett (Adonis) of Independence, MO, Amelia Baumann of Kansas City, MO and Will Baumann (Nicole) of Middleville, MI; his great grandchildren, Jack, Vivian, Lucy, Thea and Miles; and his sister-in-law Leota Wagner of Akron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
