We bid farewell to Richard Lee Shasky (Mansfield, Ohio), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 25, 2025 at the age of 80. Richard Lee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester K. Shasky and Vivian L. Shasky (Sunnucks); and his former wife Carol Ann Shasky (Portz). He is survived by: his wife Louella Hershner Shasky (Crawford); his son Nicholas Shasky of Marion; his grandsons, Cooper Shasky and Maddox Shasky; his stepdaughters, Vicky Trent (Edgar), Rebecca Fraley and Lisa Sleeckx (Marc); his stepgrandsons, Joshua Fraley, Justin Fraley, Joseph Fraley and Marc Sleeckx, Jr.; his brother Darce Shasky (Shirley) of Lexington; his nephews, Mike Shasky, John Shasky and Steve Shasky; his niece Laurie Leedy; his brother Jerry Shasky; and his nephew Michael Hershner. He is also survived by ten step great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mosaic Mansfield (296 Park Ave W, Mansfield, OH 44906).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Mosaic Mansfield may be made at the service.
