She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Smith and Edith Smith (Thompson); her husband Frederick E. Brumage; her son Frederick E. Brumage II; and her granddaughter Andrea Nagy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Nagy (Andy) of Dayton and Belinda Etzel (Steve) of Mansfield; her siblings, Ed Smith (Rachel) of Granville, Don Smith (Thelma) of Newark, Shirley Sullivan of Heath and Gerry Whitehouse of Heath; and her grandchildren, Andrew Nagy of Dayton, Josh Nagy (Taylor) of Grove City, Joe Scanlon (Bethani) of Lancaster, Jeremey Scanlon of West Virginia, Ryan Etzel (Reaunna) of Mansfield, Jimmy White of Newark, Kenny White of Newark and Jordan Etzel (Michael Mastro) of Denver. She is also survived by seven great granddaughters and two great grandsons; several nieces and nephews.
